1. PURPOSE OF SITE. This Site is for information purposes only. This Site and its content herein should not be used by you for diagnosing a health or fitness problem or disease. Please consult your physician or medical advisor on such matters.

4. PERSONAL INFORMATION. You may elect to provide ISMPA with certain personal information to register for any ISMPA-related event, or to obtain ISMPA Information kits by completing a Request Form herein ("Personal Information"). In such case, ISMPA and its affiliates will not use, market, rent, sell, or otherwise distribute this Personal Information except for the purpose of handling your registration or fulfilling your request for an Information kit. To improve the content and usability of this Site, ISMPA may collect non-personal information about your web viewing habits while you navigate this Site, including but not limited to, navigation trends, hits per page/per user, and time allocation ("Web Information"). ISMPA obtains this Web Information through the use of customized software, which may include the use of cookies. Any and all information provided by you to ISMPA that is not Personal Information including but not limited to, Web Information, communications, and materials shall be deemed to be non-confidential and non-personal. As such ISMPA and its affiliates may reproduce, use, disclose, and distribute such non-confidential information for any purpose whatsoever. If you make a payment on our site with a credit card, we employ other companies to complete the transaction. Your payment information is forwarded to our processing partners in encrypted format, and they may use the data to process the transaction, but not for any other purpose. At no time do we store your credit card data.

5. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY. You may cancel your registration for a symposium, and receive a full refund, up to 30 days before the scheduled start of the event. If cancellation is made within 30 days of the scheduled start of the event, no refund is available. In the event that ISMPA is unable to hold the event as originally scheduled, all registrants will receive a full refund. Refunds will be posted to the credit card originally used to pay for the event.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY. THIS SITE IS PROVIDED BY ISMPA ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. ISMPA MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED AS TO THE OPERATION OF THIS SITE (INCLUDING ITS AVAILABILITY) OR THE PRODUCTS, MATERIALS, OR CONTENT INCLUDED ON THIS SITE. FURTHER, ISMPA EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY OBLIGATION TO UPDATE OR CORRECT INFORMATION CONTAINED ON THIS SITE AND EXPLICITLY DISCLAIMS ANY DUTY TO DO SO. Furthermore you hereby agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Spokane, Washington.
