Patient Advocacy Board
Bringing the patient perspective and
identifying public engagement opportunities for the Institute for Systems
Medicine.
The function of the Patient Advocacy Board is to provide an effective
platform for patient advocates to discuss ideas, initiatives, problems and
strategies to strengthen research advocacy within the Institute for Systems
Medicine. In addition, its role is to advise and make recommendations to the
Board of Directors of the Institute for Systems Medicine with respect to
matters within the areas of their experience and expertise.
